Tulip Poplar
Our two tulip poplar trees seem to now
have some sort of fungus on the leaves, ...
and I'm worried that it will kill the trees.
First, black spots appear on the green leaves,, then the leaf turns yellow, then
falls off.
Both Bills Nursery & Walnut Ridge think it to be a fungus, and Walnut Ridge
suggested spraying some
RosePride (formerly Funginex) (Disease Control on the leaves, ... then an oil
product in February to solve the problem.
Last saturday we sprayed on the RosePride, ...
and now, just 3 days later, ... it seems to have gotten much worse!!!

The tree on the right was the first to have the problem, ... with the tree on
the left
getting it after we sprayed.

The first tree to get the problem ...

Now, it looks like it's getting on the new shoots as well ....

Below are photos of the second tree, which was fine until we sprayed on saturday
:(
