The movie "First Night" features Richard Gere as Sir Lancelot in a classic re-telling of the story of King Arthur and his Round Table of Knights, with a special emphasis on the possible love affair between Arthur's queen Gwenovere and Arthur's best knight, Lancelot. Arthur entrusts his best friend to bring his bride to the court from her father's house, but he does not forsee that a romance may develop between the two.
