Jack Crow (James Woods) is the leader of a group of vampire hunters. Crow and his team receive their orders directly from the vatican. This time the vampire hunters are put on a mission to stop a master vampire, Valek (Thomas Ian Griffith), who is searching for an artifact that will allow vampires to walk during the day. Now, along with an old friend and ally, Tony Montoya (Daniel Baldwin), and a newly assigned priest Father Guiteau (Tim Guinee) the master vampire must be stopped before it is too late....
