Billy Peltzer (Zach Galligan) and Kate Beringer (Phoebe Cates) are now living in New York a few years after their run-in with the Gremlins back home. Kate works in a huge, state of the art, building run by an eccentric billionaire. One day, Billy’s mom sends Gizmo to him for a visit. Gizmo gets wet and then once again his furry offspring show up. This time, they are captured by the scientists in the building. Not knowing any better, the creatures are fed after midnight…and now they are Gremlins. They begin to multiply quickly and take over the whole building. Each floor has a special purpose, science, makeup, film, etc.., and the gremlins run ramped through each. Now Billy and Gizmo have to go in again and save the day before the Gremlins escape into New York City.... |
