Notes
Goofs:
Continuity: In the "Past" scene when Scrooge and Marley offer to buy up the company, the medium shots show Marley with his hands in his vest pockets, but every close-up has his hands clasped on his stomach (more)

Trivia:
Michael Hordern was not on set when the "Marley's Ghost" segment was filmed; he was added in later through the use of an optical printer. He only appears together with Sim in the two scenes at the end of the "Ghost of Christmas Past" sequence, the latter of the two being the scene where Jacob Marley dies. This was also true of Michael Dolan, who played the Spirit of Christmas Past. (more)

Filming Locations:
Nettlefold Studios, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England, UK

Quotes:
Jacob Marley: Look to see me no more. But look here, that you may remember for your own sake what has passed between us!
Ebenezer: Why do they lament?
Jacob Marley: They seek to interfere for good in human matters, and have lost their power forever.
