Factual errors: When Ted is showing his portfolio, there is a view of Central Park from the window. The scene takes place around Christmas time, but there are still leaves on all the trees. (more)

Trivia:
The scene between Dustin Hoffman and Meryl Streep in the restaurant was filmed on location in New York City at JG Melon's on 74th and 3rd. There is now a framed still from the film on the wall next to the table where the scene was shot. (more)
