You won't find a nicer game anywhere!!

WHIRLWIND
Up for auction is one very nice Whirlwind pinball machine, restored to as close
to "Factory Fresh" as we could possibly make it.
We started off with a nice game to begin
with, as this one has been in a collector's home for many years, and had all the
original boards, with just one broken drop-target plastic. The cabinet had also
been previously restored (~1999) with the correct color-matching blue, with no
major gouges, etc.
We completely disassembled the game and began the restoration process. The
playfield mylar was removed, the inserts were leveled and re-glued, then the
playfield outholes were repaired. Next, the bright playfield colors were
repainted using both the airbrush and hand-painting. Over 20 hours was spent on
the playfield touchup alone. Finally, the playfield was clear-coated to a hard
high-gloss finish that will protect the playfield for many years to come. (see

All metal parts were cleaned and machine-polished and all the metal ball guides
were re-grained. All bulbs and rubbers replaced. All Pop Bumpers and Flippers
rebuilt. All fixed targets are new as well. New target and spinning disc decals.
The cabinet/backbox needed just a few
touchups. The Topper was repainted and new decals installed. Included with the
game are new legs/levelers/bolts as well as a new manual and locks/keys.
The game was tested - functions perfectly
with no errors, and plays very fast! 30-day warranty on all electronic boards.

The SW insert has some hazing under the insert decal but
shows fine when lit.
This game is just Super Nice ... and fun to play too!!

Ramp had the usual cracks which were repaired. (hidden behind the protector)
This game looks about as new as you can get!!
It would be extremely difficult to find a Whirlwind in
better condition than this one!

numbers)
with no shoddy repair jobs or battery acid damage.
GI Connector re-built with heavy-duty pins.
