Beautiful Game! This one has the "gold upgrade" with brass-plated
side rails, lockdown bar and legs. Non-faded cabinet with
no security drill holes.

Theatre of
Magic
One very nice Theatre of Magic pinball machine, restored to as close
to "Factory Fresh" as we could possibly make it. This game was in
exceptionally nice condition to begin with as it was purchased from a (non
smoking) collector
who had the game in his home since 1999. There are no security drill holes on
this game, and there are no brown connectors on the electronics either. All
electronic boards are original with matching serial numbers and have had little,
if any, repairs done.
We completely disassembled the game and
began the restoration process. The playfield was stripped and all parts were
cleaned and/or polished and all the metal ball guides were polished and re-grained.
The playfield was in excellent condition to begin with needing no touchups
before the high gloss clearcoat was applied. All bulbs and rubbers replaced and all Flippers
rebuilt, as well as all pop bumpers. The game has new decals, new playfield
plastics set, Orbit plastic protector set, NEW DMD display, new trunk and left
staircase ramp, as well as new upgraded gold side rails, lockdown bar and gold
legs. We also installed a set of trunk chains, and the popular working Tiger Saw Kit
from Tom Callahan at the Repair
Connection.
The cabinet/backbox needed just a few
touchups. Included with the game were new
levelers/bolts as well as balls, manuals & locks/keys.
Cabinet corner area under legs is nice and
smooth with no marks or chewed-up spots.
w/ working Tiger Saw upgrade, Trunk Chains, new left staircase ramp,
and new staircase targets.
Lower Playfield ... Clean Clean Clean!!!
New playfield plastics set installed as well as a set
of Orbit plastic protectors. All metal polished including nuts/screws/bolts.
Clearcoated playfield is super smooth and glossy!
No ball wear marks in ball shooter lane. Super Nice!
Lower playfield. Gold habitrails repainted and clearcoated.
This is the only area (task) that we couldn't get
done in time for
the auction - ie, replating the ramps. But the customer
completed the job, and the machine is now even more beautiful!
No insert problems before clearcoat.
New Trunk and Trunk Chain Kit installed as well as
working tiger saw w/ real saw blade.
