Up for auction is one very nice The Addams Family pinball machine, restored to as close
to "Factory Fresh" as we could possibly make it.
While the machine was torn down for
restoration, we gave it a super cleaning, polished/re-grained the metal ball
guides, and put all small metal parts through a Berry polisher. A new playfield
was installed. The playfield was prepped by sanding, sealing and clearcoating
the bottom. Then we lightly wet sanded (2000 paper) and polished the topside to a high gloss. Of course we
replaced all rubbers and bulbs as well, rebuilt the Pop Bumpers and all
Flippers. We also installed a set of Mantis protectors. A complete playfield
plastics set was also installed as well as a new clear ramp, all targets, pop bumper caps,
star posts, and
new DMD
Display. Both the backbox and cabinet insides were
cleaned, detailed and repainted.
The cabinet outside was refinished with a
new decal set and was brought back to factory fresh. We also installed new side rails
& lockdown bar. Included with the
game were new legs/levelers/bolts as well as balls, manual,
parts bags & locks/keys.
All metal parts
polished. Grey switch protectors installed.
New revision backboard wall decal installed.
New Playfield lightly wet sanded and
polished to a high gloss.
Uncle Fester installed.
Lower playfield photo. Slingshot protectors installed.
All posts have washers installed under nuts to protect plastic from warping.
Electric chair outhole reworked for correct bezel cut and
protector installed.
New clear main ramp installed. All metal re-grained and polished.

Upper playfield detail. All plastics replaced.

Pop Bumpers completely rebuilt with all new parts and caps.
New flipper bats, new bookcase plastic. All new targets.
New Flipper Bats. Sling Shot protectors installed.
All targets on game replaced.
Simply beautiful!
Bottom of new playfield was sanded, sealed,
and lightly clearcoated
to help prevent future
build up of dirt and ball dust.
All cables neatly re-routed and tied - Super Nice!
New labels also installed. All coils received new
coil sleeves as well.
Magnet fuse modification installed to prevent
any magnet burn. New labels.
SUPER CLEAN too!! Now where's that speck of dirt?
Inside of cabinet cleaned & repainted. New Cabinet sheet.
Note extra parts bags, and new coin box & lid.
