Phantom of
the Opera
One very nice Phantom of the Opera pinball machine, restored to as close
to "Factory Fresh" as we could possibly make it.
We completely disassembled the game and began the restoration process. The
playfield mylar was removed, the playfield was touched up (mostly just the inlanes
& outlanes) and
a clear-coat applied which will protect the playfield and provided a high-gloss
new look for many years to come.
All metal parts were cleaned, polished and all the metal ball guides
were re-grained. All bulbs and rubbers replaced. All Pop Bumpers and Flippers
rebuilt. The game also has the following new Data East parts installed: NOS
playfield plastic set,
NOS decal set (including organ, caps, ramps, targets and mirror), NOS Red Main Ramp, NOS flipper assemblies and
two new alphanumeric score displays.
The cabinet/backbox needed just a few
touchups and then was clear lacquer coated. Included with the game are new levelers/bolts as well as the
original manual, backglass sticker and locks/keys.
